The Patient Access app is now using an authenticator app. This must be installed on your mobile device to ensure the highest level of security. We know this has caused a number of patients to have difficulty logging in to their account. However, feedback received from a number of patients suggests using the NHS app may be preferable at this time for prescription ordering etc. More information about this can be found here: https://www.nhsapp.service.nhs.uk/login
