The Patient Access app is now using an 2 party authenticator app. We know this has caused a significant number of patients to have difficulty logging in to their account. You can find out more information by going to the page https://support.patientaccess.com/signing-in/trouble-signing-in
However, feedback received from a number of patients suggests using the NHS app may be preferable at this time for prescription ordering etc. More information about this can be found here: https://www.nhsapp.service.nhs.uk/login
